4G LTE LAUNCH PROJECT

 

 

·               Drive tester for SPRINT / SAMSUNG on the launch of 4G LTE in the Michigan / Ohio states.

·               Testing on technologies such as CDMA 1x, EVDO Rev A, GSM, UMTS and LTE.

·               Various drive testing on the project consisted of as follows:

 

E-911 TESTING

 

 

·               Performed E-911 drive testing for Sprint in  Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Pennsylvania region.

·               Performed Calibration and validation, site surveys and made actual 911 calls to PSAPS.

·               Conducted detailed site surveys, compliance testing, PSAP drive testing and E-911 calibration testing.

·               Tested CDMA network while utilizing all Microsoft office products for data presentation.

·               Made manual calls on sites in all 3 sectors to ensure successful calls.

·               Made live calls where necessary having  “PSAP” on line and recorded call results such as pANI number and LAT. LONG.

·               Made manual and live calls having equipments set on on 800mhz and 1900mhz.

·               Helped tower crew on some sites where a swap sector occurred.

·               Very promising team member when sites are being migrated.

·               Very efficient on testing ground mount sites where coverage is minimum.

3G TESTING

 

·               All 3G testing were performed on X-CAL VER. 3.3.2.30/3.3.2.20/3.3.2.15.

·               Performed E-911 call testing live & SVT. With 2 different phones on all three sectors confirming the correct Lat. / Long. And P-ANI.

·               Performed CTTP testing including short and long calls, plus EVDO shakedowns on all three sectors of the cell site.

·               Performed IVHHO tests ensuring there are no dropped calls to and from the cell sites as well as SANITY drives.

·               Performed and drove Pre & Post migration clusters in Michigan and Ohio areas from 4 phones with scanner collecting CDMA 1x long and short calls performance, collected EVDO REV-A data for DL & UL to ensure correct throughput.

·               Trouble shooted on various cell sites for dropped long and short calls, EVDO throughput on a particular sector, checked and corrected any swapped sectors.

·               Used Microsoft Streets & Trips & Street Atlas for navigating drive routes.

·               Highly efficient in troubleshooting independently while on field and solve problems for my other team drive testers.

·               Highly proficient in XCAL and able to train new drive testers.

 

4G TESTING

 

·               All 4G testing were performed on X-CAL VER. 3.3.2.30/3.3.2.20/3.3.2.15.

·               Performed testing for technologies 4G LTE(800Mhz), 4GLTE(1900Mhz), 4GLTE(2500Ghz).

·               Analyzed and measured the LTE parameters like RSSI, RSRP, SinR, RSRQ, CQI measurement, DL, UL & Ping values on performing site shakedowns and stationary tests.

 

·               Performed individual stationary sector tests, single site verification (SSV), cluster baseline, inter-radio access technology (IRAT) exit routes, inter-frequency hand off (IFHO) exit routes.

·               Performed stationary tests at the cell sites to check/verify the throughput(DL/UL) 4G (800/1900/2500).

·               Drove and collected 4G cluster throuout Michigan and Ohio both scanner and UE data(SC, RSCP, EC/IO, RSSI) for all the detected cell sites.

·               Performed CSFB testing to verify LTE call success rate and call drop rate, speed test and E-911.

·               Preferable candidate for RF engineers for trouble shooting at cell sites checking DL/UL throughput, swap sectors, Tilt change (mechanical/electrical) where needed.
